Our stretch therapist will provide you with a stretch experience utilizing gentle, yet targetied stretches to increase your flexibility, range of motion, reduce soreness and risk of injuries while simultaneously relaxing your whole body so you will walk away feeling rejuvenated and stress-free.

As a Stretch-Lete, what can I expect?

Assisted Stretch Therapy is similar to massage in that it is delivered one-on-one and on a table. Each session we will ask you about your goals and any problem areas you are experiencing.

You will then get a hands-on stretch that will consist of multiple repititions for each stretching movement. Each repitition will only be held for a few seconds, and each subsequent rep will be a little bit deeper of a stretch. Your stretch therapist will be in communication to ensure you are experiencing the right level of intensity and comfort.

Your goal during the session is to relax, breathe and let the stretch therapist move your joints through the stretches. You should feel a stretch sensation, but never pain.
